Almost 3 decades of hospitality

I’m Prabhjot Bedi — a hospitality entrepreneur, service strategist, and lifelong believer in people.

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent, service, learning, and leadership — building companies, communities, and conversations that move hospitality forward.

My journey began in 1997, with the Taj Group, where I trained and grew through various front office and accommodation leadership roles. But even then, my mind was always scanning for something deeper:

How do we serve better? How do we grow faster? How do we help others do both?

In 2005, I founded Eclat Hospitality — not just to recruit, but to elevate hospitality talent. Today, Eclat is one of India’s most respected hospitality recruitment firms, known for helping professionals design better careers and helping hotels build stronger teams.

But my curiosity didn’t stop there.

I’ve taught in colleges, led academic institutions, and launched training platforms. I’ve written over 50 insights for hospitality leaders and started Hospemag — a digital home for hospitality voices, big and small. I now lead the Hospitality Trainers Guild (HTG) and am building ServReCo, the world’s first service recovery company.
